When you contact us for an appointment the first thing you will notice is that we WILL ring you back. We will make a firm appointment to suit you and we WILL arrive on time on the appointed day. Upon arrival we will carry out a quick survey of your property, then sit down with you and establish exactly what you want from your new space. Once we have a good understanding of your requirements we will spend some time showing you a similar project to the one you would like, pointing out the options, the impact on you of the build process and show you many examples of completed lofts which will both inspire you and show you the quality and attention to detail of our work.
A typical consultation may last an hour or two, some take as many as 3 or 4, the point is you are in control, we spend as long as you think you need to ensure we have answered all your question and you are fully aware of your options.
Following our visit you WILL very shortly receive a Quotation for the work you have requested along with a detailed specification of the work we are offering. This Quotation WILL be a fixed price Quotation, we will not increase the price during or afterwards unless YOU have requested additional work.
When we commence the build process we WILL be on site every weekday throughout the project. We will not cause any unnecessary disruption and we will always seek your input and try our utmost to comply with your wishes.
