2. We will visit your home at a time convenient to you to discuss your requirements and advise on your options.
3. We will give you a clear vision of how your Loft will look on completion, how the space works, the finish, the craftsmanship and attention to detail.
4. We will promptly send you a fixed price quotation, written in plain English, showing you the 3 build options and extra options you may be interested in.
5. Upon receipt of your order we will arrange a professional architectural technician to prepare your plans and any approvals needed.
6. Prior to commencement we will arrange a return visit to your home to discuss any final points and answer any final concerns. We will run through the build schedule with you so you know what will be happening and when, and of course how it will impact on you.
